The rainwater gulley on the approach ramp leading up to the promenade towards the sea cadet unit is blocked. As a result the pavement floods a cross its entire length when it rains representing a slip risk for those accessing the promenade and children accessing the sea cadet building. -Eastbourne Life Guards, Royal Parade, Eastbourne, BN22 7AA
