Pedestrian only signage has faded and is unreadable. Coupled with missing anti vehicle bollards vehicles are able to drive along a pedestrian area placing vehicles in close proximity with children and wheelchair users. -Eastbourne Life Guards, Royal Parade, Eastbourne, BN22 7AA
