Persistent dog fouling in this area. Dog walkers are also consistently using our household bins to dispose of dog mess. The bin men refuse to take this meaning we have to take the bags to the dog bin on Sackville Road, this is unfair as we do not own dogs. Please can we have another dog bin along this route to avoid these issues. Potentially Knoll Road or Barnham Close grassy area? Please note: Children play on the large grassy area on Knoll Crescent. -33 Knoll Crescent, Eastbourne, BN22 9DP
