I saw 2 bags 1 white had lots of household cans and litter and 1 black bag by the gingerbread cafe big bin just left there!! I didn’t want birds opening them so put them in the bin. 1 bag was very warm and squidgy but I didn’t look inside just so you are aware. -Manor Garden Cottage, 25 Compton Place Road, Eastbourne, BN20 8AB

Occupant at 23 Seaford Road leaves their bins permanently in Latimer Road where they overflow with waste and incontinence pads. Causes flies, seagulls pestering. We have asked politely for them to take their bins in but they say ‘that ain’t gonna happen’. They are sending in carers to disabled person so there could also be hazardous medical waste.
