On morning 26th May between the hours of 02h00 and 04h25 a soiled single mattress was fly tipped and left leaning against the hedge of a property on the corner of Metcalfe Avenue and Kennedy Way, Newhaven. The single mattress has blown over and is currently obstructing the public pathway. Unfortunately there is no description or vehicle registration of the vehicle that left the waste.
